Visual Studio中無法新增資料庫連線(New Connection)

遇到的這個問題是今天在使用Entity Framework時，要新增一個連線(New Connection)，卻跳出錯誤視窗顯示Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Sdk.Sfc……'(如下圖所示)
